We set up a private test league for you with sample teams, games and stats, so you can try every part before you commit. Your test drive lasts 7 days and holds up to 8 teams.

How does the price compare to per-registration platforms?
Platforms that take a cut of every registration get expensive with big team fees. A 40-team league at $2,950 a team pays roughly $3,000 a season in platform fees on a typical per-registration model. On HoopKeeper League it’s $129 a month, and card fees are paid by the teams.
Do I need my own website or hosting?
No. Every plan includes a hosted, branded league website. Pro lets you use your own domain.
How do payments work?
Teams pay by card through Stripe. You can take a 50% deposit and the balance later, and record cash, cheque or e-transfer payments yourself. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, or pause for $19 a month between seasons. Your teams, games and stats stay where they are.
How long does setup take?
Most leagues are taking registrations within a week: add your colours and logo, create your first event, and share the link.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your teams, registrations, payments and results belong to your league.
What’s included in the test drive?
Every feature, for 7 days, with up to 8 teams. That’s enough to run a full test game day: register a team, take a test payment, enter scores and sell a pass.
What happens after the test drive?
Pick a plan and we move your setup to your live site. If HoopKeeper isn’t a fit, the test league is deleted. Nothing is charged.
