Buy game-day passes
Find a game day that sells passes, pick adult, student and free passes, pay by card or get free passes without one, and show the door code on the day.
Updated
Many leagues charge admission on game days and sell the passes online so the door moves faster. A pass order gives you a door code to show on the day. This guide is for anyone coming to watch.
Find the game day
Open the league's Calendar. A game day that sells passes online shows *Passes* next to its name; press it to open the pass page. The page names the game day, its date and start time, and the venue.
A game day in the past says it has already happened, and a league that does not sell passes online says Pay at the door.
Choose your passes
Use the plus and minus buttons for each kind:
- Adult at the league's adult price.
- Student, with student ID, at the student price.
- Child and Senior are free up to and from the ages the league sets (shown next to each).
The total on the right adds the passes and a processing fee when the league passes card costs on. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Your details and payment
- Enter your name and email. The door code goes to the email.
- Press Pay with the total to go to Stripe's checkout and enter the card. An order of only free passes says Get free passes and needs no card.
- Stripe brings you back to the confirmation page.
At the door
The confirmation page shows your door code in large type with the number of passes, your name and the game day. The same code arrives by email as Your passes for [game day], with the venue address. Show either at the door; the league checks the code against its list.
A page that says it is still confirming the payment updates within a minute. Buy more on the confirmation page starts another order for the same day.
Questions
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the code on your phone at the door, from the confirmation page or the email.
Children and seniors are free. Do I still need a pass for them?
Add them to the order so the door has the count. Free passes cost nothing, and an order with only free passes needs no card.
Can I buy passes at the door instead?
Usually, yes. Online passes are a convenience; a league that does not sell them online says Pay at the door.
I bought passes for the wrong day.
Contact the league with your door code. Refunds are at the league's discretion.
