Why has the next round not appeared?

A round is created when both of its teams are known, which means both games feeding it are final. Check Schedule & scores for a playoff game still marked live or scheduled.

Where do I set the date for the next round?

The bracket was built with a date per round, so the next round's games take that date when they are created. An admin can edit a game's date, time and court afterwards like any other game.

Enter playoff results

Score playoff games on the usual score sheet, watch winners advance on the bracket, and re-run the bracket after a correction.

Playoff games are scored exactly like regular-season games. The only difference is what happens after: a final score moves the winner into the next round of the bracket by itself.

Score a playoff game

Open Manage › Schedule & scores. Playoff games are listed with the rest, tagged as playoff games, usually under their own game day.
Press Score sheet, Start game (live) at tip-off, enter the periods and player lines, and Save as final at the end.
Open Manage › Playoffs. The bracket shows the result, and the winner's name is already in the next round. When both games feeding a matchup are final, the next game is created on the schedule with that round's date.

Byes

A top seed with a bye in round one sits in round two from the start. Their first game is created as soon as the game feeding it is final.

After a correction

If a playoff score is edited after it was saved as final, press Update from scores on the bracket under Manage › Playoffs. It re-runs the advance step from the scores as they stand now. A later round that was already created keeps its date, time and court.

What playoff games do not do

Playoff games never count in the standings, and they are kept out of the leaders board unless the league has switched Include playoff games in leaders on. The player pages show them in the game log either way.

The final

Saving the final as final sets the champion on the bracket and the public Playoffs page shows them at the top. Nothing else to do; an admin can post the news and the spotlight.
